What is Two-way Vision?

Two-way vision is an advertising inkjet material used on glass. It combines the advantages of “One-way Vision”, “Transparent Adhesive Vinyl”, “Transparent One-way Vision” and other materials while overcoming the shortcomings of these materials.

Therefore, its performance tends to be perfect. Not only is the picture accuracy very high, it can reach photo-like accuracy, but its light transmission and perspective are also very good.

Advantages of "Two-way vision":

  1. Exquisite outdoor pictures: Not only can you enjoy high-quality pictures outdoors, but you can also enjoy the same exquisite images indoors.
  2. Lighting effect at night: As long as there is light in the room at night, the picture will appear crystal clear, giving the glass a light box-like visual effect.
  3. Bright and lifelike colors: The picture is bright and vivid in color without any chromatic aberration.

These characteristics make double-transparent glass not only perform well during the day, but also create a unique visual effect at night, perfectly enhancing the aesthetics of the space.

The Difference Between "Two-way Vision" and "One-way Vision":

  1. Picture accuracy: two-way vision has high picture accuracy, and the image is clear and beautiful; while one-way Vision has lower picture accuracy, and the image is blurry.
  2. Visibility: two-way vision can see the picture from both sides, while one-way Vision can only see the picture from the outside.
  3. Light transmittance and see-through properties: Both two-way vision and one-way Vision have good light transmittance and see-through properties. However, generally speaking, One-way Vision’s see-through performance is slightly better.
  4. Night effect: If there are lights indoors at night, two-way vision can still present a beautiful picture from the outside, while one-way Vision can basically not see the picture.

These differences make two-way vision more advantageous in applications that pursue high precision and all-weather visibility.

The Difference Between "Two-way Vision" and "Transparent One-way Vision":

  1. Picture accuracy: two-way vision has high picture accuracy, and the image is clear and beautiful; while transparent one-way vision has lower picture accuracy, and the image is blurry.
  2. Color restoration: two-way vision’s pictures are lifelike and bright in color; transparent one-way vision’s color restoration effect is poor and color distortion is prone to occur.
  3. Light transmittance and see-through properties: Both two-way vision and transparent one-way vision have good light transmittance and see-through properties. However, the see-through performance of clear One-way Vision is usually slightly better.

These differences make two-way vision more advantageous in scenes that require high precision and true color performance, while transparent one-way vision is more suitable for applications that require higher perspective.

The Difference Between "Two-way Vision" and "Transparent Adhesive Vinyl":

transparent adhesive vinyl
  1. Picture accuracy and effect: The picture accuracy of two-way vision is very high, and the image is clear and beautiful. Although the picture accuracy of transparent adhesive vinyl is also very high, the lack of a colored background causes the picture to be light, blurry, and eclipsed.
  2. Color restoration: The colors of two-way vision are realistic and bright; while the color distortion of transparent adhesive vinyl is serious and the visual effect is poor.
  3.  Light transmittance and see-through properties: Both two-way vision and transparent adhesive vinyl have good light transmittance and see-through properties.

These differences make two-way vision more advantageous in scenes that require high precision and true color performance, while transparent adhesive vinyl is more suitable for applications that require high light transmittance and perspective but not high requirements for color performance.

Precautions for Using Two-way Vision:

  1. Inkjet printing selection: It is recommended to use an eco-solvent photo machine for inkjet printing to obtain the best picture effect. If you use a large inkjet printer to print, the picture accuracy will be low and the effect may not be ideal. However, for situations where the requirements are not high, you can consider using a large inkjet printer.
  2. Post after drying: Be sure to wait until the ink is completely dry before posting.
  3. Light direction: When posting, the picture must face the side with stronger light. If there is a distinction between indoors and outdoors, and the outdoor light is strong, the picture should be posted toward the outdoors.
  4. Clean the glass: Be sure to wipe the glass clean before posting. To facilitate construction, clean water can be used, but the water must be clean.
  5. Protect the screen: When using the scraper, wrap it with a layer of soft flannel to prevent scratching the screen.
  6. Deal with bubbles: If tiny bubbles appear after posting, you can use a scraper wrapped in flannel to drive them out. If you cannot dislodge the air bubbles, use a sharp needle to pop the air bubbles and then dislodge them.
