Product Overview

The EJET® EV2002 series features a “permanent adhesive designed specifically for short-term advertising applications. With options available in both glossy and matte finishes, its robust adhesive quality ensures effective adherence to a variety of uneven substrates.

Storage and Processing Conditions

For optimal storage, the self-adhesive rolls should be stored either suspended (with end caps) or standing on end on roll blocks, never lying without end caps. The recommended storage conditions include a temperature range of 15°C (59℉) to 35°C (95℉) and a relative humidity of 20-65% RH. These conditions contribute to maintaining the product’s integrity during storage and processing.

Printing Guidelines

Handle the product with care, using cotton gloves to prevent surface damage or soiling. Check the surface quality before printing, and verify the print file with profiling. Different parameter settings for printers and selecting software (RIP) are required due to the product’s varying qualities. Maintain a printing environment with a temperature of 22±3°C and a relative humidity of 50±10% for optimal results.

Drying Process

After printing, allow freshly printed films to dry for at least 24 hours (lying or hanging) to ensure the evaporation of residual solvents. Plotting or laminating too early may affect the film’s functionality. Proper drying prevents shrinkage during the drying process.

Surface Preparation

Before application, thoroughly clean the surface to remove dirt, dust, or grease. Wet application is recommended to ensure closer adhesion of graphics to the surface. After application, use a squeegee to remove excess moisture for a seamless finish.
